What is your MOQ?
Trade orders start at 50 rolls per SKU. We will run samples and short pilot batches below that, but the per-roll price reflects setup cost. Hospitality projects with 1,000+ rolls are quoted per project.

What is the lead time on a typical order?
Sampling: 7–10 days for stock colors, 14 days for Pantone matches. Bulk trade orders: 35 days from approved proof to FOB. Custom replication from a mailed sample: 14–21 days for the proof, then 35 days for bulk.

Which certification documents can you provide?
We don't hold these certifications ourselves — the brand or buyer certifies our material for their own market. We supply the samples, specifications and per-batch documentation that support it: FSC Mix, ASTM E84 Class A (where specified), CA TB117-2013, ISO 9001 and REACH SVHC. Test reports go out with every project order — ask if you need them earlier.

How do you ship and what Incoterms?
Default is EXW Chengdu. We routinely arrange FOB, CIF and DDP to North America and Europe, and we coordinate with project FF&E forwarders on hospitality jobs. Air freight is available on samples and rush orders.

Can you match a custom Pantone or photograph?
Yes. Pantone TPG/TCX/NCS or a hex value works fine. Photographs work too — we propose 2–3 directions in 14 days and run the proof you pick. Custom adds 8–14% over stock pricing.

I have a discontinued sample. Can you replicate it?
Often yes. Mail us an A4-sized piece (or smaller — coin-sized works for color). We send back two trial strips and a quote at trade or volume tier in 14–21 days. Replication carries a development proofing fee — our designers' engineering of your reference plus the mill's trial-making — quoted by sample difficulty, confirmed in writing before work starts, and fully credited when your first order reaches MOQ.

What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are confirmed on the pro-forma invoice for each order, alongside the freight terms. Production is scheduled once the invoice is settled. Physical samples and sample books are paid separately and are credited against your first bulk order.

Do physical swatches cost anything?
Physical swatches and sample books are paid and credited against your first order. A loaded Specifier Kit (15+ swatches across families) is $45, fully credited against your first trade order. Digital samples are free.

What is your returns / defects policy?
If bulk falls outside the reference swatch you signed off on, we re-make at our cost. Hand-woven products carry small variation by design — that's noted on every quote and on the reference swatch you keep.

How does pricing scale on a 1,000+ roll project?
Project tier is quoted, not listed. The variables are material family, custom-color premium, fire-cert add-on, and FF&E coordination. Bring us the spec, the volume, and the timeline — we send a written quote within 48 hours.
