   Send a photo, a Pantone, a drawing — or describe the discontinued pattern you need. We confirm scope and give you a quote within a day. Nothing is mailed until we both agree it's worth it.

2. 02

   Get the material in hand

   Pick the sampling tier that fits (below). Physical swatches and the specification library are paid, and credited back against your orders (in full for the swatch pack on a first order of $500+, at 10% per order for the library).

3. 03

   We spec and proof it

   Our three in-house designers turn your reference into production-ready CAD specs and a make-process; the partner mill weaves a physical trial strip. Catalog-pattern strips dispatch in 3–5 working days; a custom replication proof typically takes 1–2 weeks. Catalog strips are priced per material (below). Custom replication and smaller runs carry a development proofing fee — our designers' engineering of your reference plus the mill's research and trial-making — quoted by sample difficulty, confirmed in writing before work starts, and fully credited when your first order reaches MOQ.

4. 04

   You approve, then we produce

   We adjust colour, weave and scale until the proof is right — nothing enters production without your sign-off. Custom colourways run from 50 rolls; stock patterns can go lower for a first trial. Private-label / OEM from 50 rolls with your branding.

5. 05

   Production and shipping

   Standard materials (grasscloth, sisal, cork, paper weave) run 4–6 weeks from approved sample and deposit; specialty materials (wood veneer, gold foil, mica) 5–8 weeks. Reorders are faster — your specs stay on file. FOB Shanghai by default; CIF quoted for major US and European ports. Export-grade double-corrugated cartons, two rolls per box, moisture lining. All freight is at buyer's cost — on samples, proofs and orders alike.

Where pricing starts

Entry prices for standard constructions and stock colourways, FOB Shanghai, rolls of 0.91 m × 5.5 m (≈5 m²). Price rises with weave complexity, custom colour and finish; volume brings it down. Hemp-linen, mixed weaves, mica and gold foil priced on request. Custom replication is always quoted per project — send the reference and we'll quote within a day.

The questions that come next

Why is sampling paid?

Real material, cut and shipped by DHL, costs money — and paid sampling keeps us fast for serious buyers. Every paid tier is credited against orders: the $45 swatch pack in full on a first order of $500+, proofing in full when your first order reaches MOQ, and the specification library at 10% of each order until fully recouped.

What does proofing cost?

Per trial strip (1 m × 0.91 m): grasscloth $35, sisal $40, cork $50, gold foil $60, wood veneer $75, mica and specialty $90. Custom replication and small runs carry a development proofing fee instead — our designers' work on your reference plus the mill's research and trial-making, priced by sample difficulty and confirmed before work starts. Either way, fully credited when your first order reaches MOQ.

Who pays shipping?

Freight is borne by the buyer throughout: sending your sample to us, the proof we ship back, and ocean or air freight on orders. We quote FOB Shanghai; CIF available for major US and European ports.

What does the material itself cost?

Entry prices by series are listed above — grasscloth from $45/roll, sisal and jute from $60/roll, up to shell at $155/m². Those are floors for standard constructions; your quote depends on weave, colour and volume, and custom replication is always priced per project.

What's the minimum order?

Custom colourways from 50 rolls (about 250 m²). Stock patterns can go lower for a first distributor trial — ask. OEM / private label from 50 rolls.

How is quality protected?

All production is matched against your written-approved sample. Single dye-lot runs with per-batch lot certificates; two strips of every pattern kept on file. Quality claims accepted within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. SGS inspection can be arranged at buyer's cost.

Do natural materials vary?

Yes — colour and texture variation between strands and batches is inherent to natural fibres and isn't a defect. That's why we proof first and run single dye-lots.

How long is a quote valid?

30 days from issue.

Can I get territory exclusivity?

Regional exclusivity on specific collections or custom colourways is available to distributors committing to annual volume — discussed case by case after a first trial order.
