The questions buyers ask first.
What if the colour or texture isn't right?
We proof first. Nothing goes into production until you approve a physical trial proof — we adjust colour, weave and scale until it matches.
Who pays for the sample and proof?
You cover shipping on the sample you send and on the proof we send back. We quote the proofing cost up front, before any work starts — no surprises.
How long does it take?
A quote within a day, a physical proof in about 1–2 weeks (subject to the mill's schedule), and production in roughly a month once you approve.
Is there a high minimum order?
Custom colourways start at 50 rolls (about 250 m²); stock patterns can go lower for a first trial. We run up to several thousand square metres — sized to your project, not a fixed container load.
Can you work from just a photo?
Yes. A phone photo, a Pantone or NCS code, or a physical sample all work. We propose 2–3 directions before anything is produced.
How do I know quality stays consistent?
Single dye-lot runs, per-batch lot certificates, and we keep two strips of every pattern on file for reference and re-orders.
Is it safe to order from overseas?
You see a sample and approve a proof before you commit. FOB, CIF or DDP terms; we've shipped custom orders to four continents since 2018.
Do you do private label / OEM?
Yes. We produce under your branding, packaging and product codes — your customers never see our name. OEM and private-label runs start at 50 rolls.
