Most custom wallpaper sold online is a photo printed onto paper. We do the opposite. Send a reference (a swatch, a Pantone, a discontinued pattern) and our in-house designers spec it so a partner mill weaves it in real natural fibre. You approve a physical proof before anything goes into production.
A woven material, not an image of one
A printed grasscloth look is ink on a flat surface. Woven grasscloth is real grass, jute or paper-weave strand laid onto backing, so the texture catches light and ages like the natural material it is. When you ask us to match a custom colourway or a discontinued pattern, we reproduce the weave and the colour, not a flattened picture of them.
That is the difference a specifier feels in the hand and a camera never quite captures. It is also why we proof a physical strip first: natural fibre varies between strands and dye-lots, and the only honest way to sign off a match is to hold it.

We spec it; the mill weaves a proof
Our three in-house designers turn your reference into production-ready CAD specs and a make-process. A partner mill then weaves a physical trial strip in your material. Custom replication carries a development proofing fee by sample difficulty, confirmed in writing before work starts and credited when your first order reaches MOQ.

You approve, then we run the order
We adjust colour, weave and scale until the proof is right. Nothing enters production without your written sign-off. Custom colourways run from 50 rolls; private-label and OEM from 50 rolls with your branding.

What custom costs
Standard constructions start at $45 per roll for grasscloth and $60 for sisal and jute. Custom replication is quoted per project: the material plus a one-time development proofing fee for the design and mill trial work, confirmed in writing up front and credited back when your first order reaches MOQ. Freight is at the buyer's cost on samples, proofs and orders alike.
